Granito Group Partner, Head of Client Services and Investor Relations at Granito & Capital

Role and Responsibilities:

He/she is responsible for driving the global capital raising practice of Granito & Capital. That includes origination, execution, reporting, and client management functions.

More specifically, duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Developing new client relationships, including new prospects development, cultivation, closing and reporting;
  • Orchestrating well with other areas of Granito & Capital and of Granito Group to support origination, to feedback market/ customer knowledge, and support the product areas in their development of new products and offerings;
  • Networking with peers in the industry and helping create new products/service offerings;
  • Strategic support to Granito & Capital’s communication strategy;
  • Building a powerful reputation of the company in front of stakeholders – stock exchange representatives, portfolio managers, financial analysts, investment department heads, and research directors;
  • Contributing to strategy by considering the attitudes of financial regulators, analysts, and investors;
  • Drafting and commenting on private placement memorandums and due diligence materials, preparing pitchbooks and investment case studies;
  • Championing the use of Granito & Capital's CRM system from the first contact to closing;
  • Developing and maintaining a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top talent;
  • Working with the CEO in contributing to the leadership and strategic development of the organisation, consistent with the stated ambitions of the business;
  • Ensuring the CEO is properly involved and informed with sufficient insight to allow strategic and operational decisions. 


  • Significant experience in senior position in global sales of structured financial products to institutional investors;
  • Proven experience across documentation, origination and execution;
  • Able to perform complex analysis including portfolio performance analysis and market research;
  • Strong intellectual horsepower and ability to converse with deal professionals in an analytical way. A fast learner with strong quantitative abilities;
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate finance & investment banking;
  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills (native or extremely fluent English);

Granito & Capital will offer a partnership position with competitive equity at the Group level. Overall remuneration package is competitive and commensurate with the start-up stage of the Company. 


Terms of Appointment:

  • Permanent full-time position; 
  • Start date ASAP; 
  • Based in London, United Kingdom;
  • Reporting to the CEO of Granito & Capital.
