Sales Manager (Ethical Corporate/Investment Banking)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting credit analysis / preliminary due diligence in prospective clients;
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding Granito & Capital’s customer base;
  • Ability to perform market, customer and industry research; propose solutions, and develop sales strategies;
  • Helping configure, maintain and update the CRM database;
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures;
  • Supporting senior executives with building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Producing high-quality fundraising materials;
  • Presenting at meetings and events with current and potential investors and their advisers;
  • Liaising with current and potential investors and their advisers, responding to queries;
  • Sourcing new business through research and maintaining accurate contact records;
  • Investment writing - portfolio and investment pieces, general marketing initiatives, website copy and investor presentations.



  • Strong sales experience of structured financial products to institutional investors;
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate finance & investment banking;
  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills (native or extremely fluent English);
  • Fast learner with strong quantitative abilities;
  • Ethos - wanting to make a difference compatible with Granito Group values and principles.

Terms of Appointment:

  • Permanent full-time position;
  • Start date ASAP; 
  • Based in London, United Kingdom;
  • Reporting to the Head of Client Services and Investor Relations.
